Kim Soo Hyun, who has recently been the center of multiple controversies, is reportedly preparing to address the situation publicly.

On Thursday, Sports Seoul reported, citing multiple sources, that Kim Soo Hyun is expected to address the allegations surrounding the late Kim Sae Ron directly.

According to the report, the specifics of his statement, including how and when it will be released, are still being finalized.

The controversy began when, on Wednesday, the YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute (Gaseyeon) and Kim Sae Ron’s family alleged that Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron had been in a romantic relationship for six years, starting when she was just 15. They presented what they claimed was evidence supporting their allegations.

In response, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, vehemently denied Gaseyeon’s claims. The agency issued a firm rebuttal, stating, “Garosero Research Institute has made malicious and baseless accusations against Kim Soo Hyun and our company. All these allegations are completely false, and we are considering legal action.”

While expressing their deep condolences over Kim Sae Ron’s passing, the agency strongly criticized Garosero Research Institute for spreading what they described as false information, arguing that it “tarnishes the reputation of the late actress.”

As public sentiment towards Kim Soo Hyun continues to sour, reports indicate that he has opted out of filming for MBC’s Good Day scheduled for Thursday.

The fallout from the controversy has begun to affect Kim Soo Hyun’s endorsement deals as well. K2 Korea has removed all images of Kim Soo Hyun from its official social media accounts, and Shabu All Day has also deleted his photos from their platforms.
