As controversy grows over alleged excessive security tactics involving K-pop girl group Hearts2Hearts, a fan who claims a bodyguard assaulted her is now speaking out publicly.
On Wednesday, the group’s agency, SM Entertainment, released an official statement, claiming the security team’s actions were intended to deter obsessive or overly intrusive fans who cross boundaries.

However, the fan, a 20-year-old woman, strongly pushed back against the agency’s explanation.
Posting on social media, she wrote: “I’m only 20 years old. Yes, I made mistakes, but does that justify treating a young woman like she’s a criminal being arrested? How do they expect me to feel about this?”
She continued, “While I did accidentally bump into a member, I wasn’t being aggressive, nor did I intentionally push anyone. I’m just a fan of Hearts2Hearts — not some obsessive stalker.”
She also claimed lawyers, doctors, and investigators had advised her to pursue legal action. Still, she has decided not to press charges to avoid bringing negative attention to the group.
Four Weeks of Recovery Prescribed: Fan Releases Medical Report and Bruise Photos
Challenging SM’s narrative, the fan asked, “Is it okay for them to release false information? I admit I bumped shoulders with a member, but does that justify being treated like an animal?”
She also released a medical report showing she had suffered sprains to her neck (cervical), lower back (lumbar), and right upper arm, with doctors recommending a four-week recovery period. In addition, she shared photos showing visible bruising on her arm.
The incident reportedly took place Sunday at Incheon International Airport, in the shuttle train boarding area.
Video footage from the scene shows a security guard elbowing her arm while walking alongside Hearts2Hearts members.

The video also captures the guard confronting her, asking, “Why did you bump into the member?” She responded, “I have a boarding pass,” asserting her right to be in the restricted area.
Though some online users have accused her of being an obsessive fan who invades celebrities’ personal space, she has strongly denied those claims.
