Incheon International Airport has secured an impressive 4th place in the 2025 rankings of the World’s Best Airports, as announced by the UK-based aviation authority Skytrax.
Skytrax, widely regarded as the global benchmark for airline and airport service quality, compiles its annual World’s Top 100 Airports list based on millions of traveler surveys from around the world.

According to the results released on Sunday, Singapore’s Changi Airport claimed the top spot, followed by Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar, in second place, and Tokyo’s Haneda Airport in third.
Incheon International Airport came in fourth, with Tokyo Narita Airport, Hong Kong International Airport, and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport rounding out the top seven.
Incheon International Airport Also Wins World’s Best Airport Staff Service Award
In addition to its overall ranking, Incheon International Airport was honored with the prestigious World’s Best Airport Staff Service award. Out of 570 airports worldwide, Incheon received the highest score for the quality of its staff service. Singapore’s Changi Airport took second place, followed by Hong Kong International Airport, Tokyo Haneda Airport, and Tokyo Narita Airport.
This award evaluates the comprehensive service quality provided by airport employees across all departments. Key criteria include staff attitude, friendliness, and efficiency. All passenger-facing staff are assessed, including those at customer service and information desks, immigration and security checkpoints, as well as retail and dining outlets.
Other notable winners at this year’s Skytrax Awards include Tokyo Haneda Airport, named the World’s Cleanest Airport; Berlin Brandenburg Airport, recognized as the Most Improved Airport; Chubu Centrair International Airport, which received the top Regional Airport award; and Copenhagen Airport, which received the Best Airport Security award.
