Lee Mi Joo recently shared her honest thoughts on dating and marriage in a candid video on her YouTube channel.
On Wednesday, she uploaded a video titled “Mi Joo’s Channel: Just Opened It Because I Had Nothing Better to Do” on her channel Just Lee Mi Joo, where she shared honest insights about her personal life with fans.
During a chat with her production team, Lee Mi Joo was surprised to learn that a female staff member got married at just 28 years old.
“Why did you get married so early? Was it true love? Wow, that’s fast,” she exclaimed. Then, opening up about herself, she said, “I want to get married too.”
Lee Mi Joo also revealed her romantic dreams about marriage, saying, “I’m so curious about having a baby that looks like me, and I wonder who my soulmate will be.”
When someone suggested, “Marriage might not be the final destination of love,” Lee Mi Joo quickly replied, “Don’t say that,” showing how much she cherishes her idealized vision of marriage.

Lee Mi Joo confessed she’s never been on a blind date, joking, “How do you even dress for a blind date? I’m all about meeting people naturally.”
Asked about her ideal type, she was honest: “I’ve never been attracted to older men; I prefer younger guys.”
She also emphasized the importance of shared drinking habits in a relationship, saying, “There’s a big difference between someone who drinks and someone who doesn’t. Since I drink, it’s a bit awkward if my partner doesn’t.”
When the production team mentioned the struggle of dating someone who doesn’t understand going out for drinks, Lee Mi Joo laughed and recalled an ex: “Yeah, I’ve dated someone like that. It just doesn’t work.”
