Rapper Beenzino has announced that his German model wife, Stefanie Michova, is pregnant after two years since getting married.
On May 23, Beenzino posted several pictures and videos on his Instagram account with the caption “Human in the making.”
After a seven-year public relationship with Michova, Beenzino announced in August 2022 that they had officially become a married couple after registering their marriage.
While looking at the ultrasound images of their baby, Michova stated that the baby was “smiling,” to which Beenzino responded in surprise, “It has a facial expression, doesn’t it?”
In subsequent photos, Michova is seen touching the nose of a stone grandfather statue from Jeju Island, while Beenzino is seen touching Michova’s stomach.
It appeared they were following a local belief that touching the nose of the stone grandfather statue would result in the birth of a son.
In a picture of a bouquet and a letter from his wife, the words “Salgu’s Dad” are seen, along with two flower drawings that seem to be done by Michova. This suggests that the baby’s nickname is “Salgu.”
Beenzino also shared a selfie of himself holding three pregnancy tests with a happy expression and another photo featuring Michova happily eating ice cream with her pregnant belly exposed.
The photos perfectly expressed the pairs’ excitement of becoming parents.
Upon seeing this, many colleagues, including Zion.T, Kid Milli, Woo Won Jae, ph-1, BewhY, and Nucksal, left congratulatory messages for the soon-to-be father.
Beenzino shared his plans for children when he appeared on the PSICK University YouTube channel in July 2023. In the video, he said, “I guess it’ll be around next year. I don’t know, but since you asked, I’m just saying what comes to mind,” and added, “I won’t rush or hurry.”
