Singer Ailee will marry actor-turned-businessman Choi Si Hun on April 20, 2025, according to an official announcement from her agency, A2Z Entertainment.

The couple, who met through mutual friends, has been dating for about a year. They reportedly got engaged in May 2024, and both families have offered their full blessings.

Ailee personally shared the news with her fans through her fan cafe, writing, “The bright and energetic person you all helped nurture has grown into who I am today. I have met someone with whom I can share all the love I’ve received, and I have decided to marry him.”

The singer expressed her gratitude, calling her fiancé a reliable and supportive person. She also shared her feelings about their future together, saying, “I have met someone kind and dependable, offering me support and a shoulder to lean on. His understanding and thoughtfulness have made me want to spend the rest of my life with him.”

Choi Si Hun, who is three years younger than Ailee, first gained widespread attention on Netflix’s Single’s Inferno. Since then, he has stepped away from his entertainment career and is now focusing on his business ventures in the food and beverage (F&B) industry and multi-channel networks (MCN).

The couple’s relationship was first publicly revealed in March 2024. At the time, Ailee shared, “We’re having a beautiful relationship, so please support us. When the time is right, I’ll come to you personally with more good news. Thank you.”

Ailee debuted in 2012 with the KBS2 drama Dream High 2 and released her digital single “Heaven” the same year. She later went on to release a string of hit songs, including “I Will Show You,” “U&I,” “Singing Got Better,” “Evening Sky,” “I Will Go to You Like the First Snow,” “Don’t Touch Me,” “Mind Your Own Business,” and “Ice Flower.”
