Jung Woo Sung’s agency confirms he is the biological father of Moon Ga Bi’s son.
Jung Woo Sung’s agency, Artist Company, has officially confirmed that Jung Woo Sung is Moon Ga Bi’s son’s biological father.
Moon Ga Bi, who had been on hiatus since 2020, recently surprised the public by announcing the birth of her child. This revelation came as a shock, especially when it was reported that actor Jung Woo Sung is her son’s biological father. Jung Woo Sung’s agency has confirmed the news, surprising many.
On Monday, the Artist Company said, “The child that Moon Ga Bi recently introduced on social media is indeed Jung Woo Sung’s biological son.”
The agency added, “We are currently discussing the best approach to raising the child,” emphasizing that “Jung Woo Sung will take full responsibility for his role as the father.”
However, reports indicate that the two will not be marrying. Ten Asia reported that while Moon Ga Bi expressed a desire to get married, Jung Woo Sung firmly stated that marriage was not in the cards. The report also mentioned that the two had discussed matters like child-rearing but could not agree on marriage.
The issue of marriage appears to have led to Moon Ga Bi’s decision to share the news of her childbirth on social media publicly. According to reports, despite Moon Ga Bi’s pregnancy and birth, their relationship did not develop into a romantic partnership. After completing a paternity test, Jung Woo Sung reportedly acknowledged his role only as the biological father of the child, with no plans for a romantic or marital commitment.
The report further indicated that Jung Woo Sung had covered the financial costs associated with childbirth, including child support.
While several stories have circulated, Jung Woo Sung has remained silent, apart from the official statements made through his agency. The agency has also stated that it cannot comment on matters of marriage or personal opinions, as those are considered private matters.
