Gold Medalist, the agency representing Kim Soo Hyun, is reportedly contacting former associates of the late actress Kim Sae Ron to arrange a press conference.
On Wednesday, Gold Medalist obtained materials and data that offer insights into Kim Sae Ron’s schedule and emotional state in the months leading up to her tragic death. The agency has reportedly met with several individuals who can corroborate this information and is currently in discussions with one or two key figures to participate in interviews or a press conference.
The report suggests Kim Soo Hyun’s team has split its crisis management efforts into three key areas.
A law firm oversees the legal strategy, acting as the central command. At the same time, a dedicated management team monitors media coverage and advertisements, while a crisis management team consisting of both in-house and external experts has been assembled.
The crisis management team is reportedly in talks with Kim Sae Ron’s friends and former colleagues to piece together the events leading up to her death. There is growing speculation that they may have uncovered key statements and evidence during their investigation.
An insider told the media, “Gold Medalist is determined to shift the focus away from Kim Soo Hyun’s alleged involvement. It’s still unclear whether they will uncover game-changing evidence that could influence public opinion while offering sympathy to the grieving family.”
In related news, Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron’s family are locked in a dispute over allegations of a relationship during Kim Sae Ron’s minor years and pressure to repay a large sum of money, reportedly around 700 million Korean won (approximately $476,100).
At first, Kim Soo Hyun vehemently denied rumors of a relationship. However, after releasing intimate photos, he shifted his position, stating that they only began dating after Kim Sae Ron turned 18.
Kim Sae Ron’s family is demanding an apology from Kim Soo Hyun and has announced plans to conduct a digital forensic analysis of his cellphone to verify allegations about their relationship during her teenage years.
