Bang Si Hyuk, head of the South Korean entertainment agency HYBE, and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin were spotted affectionately taking photos together at a shopping mall in China, causing a stir. However, it has been revealed to be a Halloween costume.

Photos of Min Hee Jin and Bang Si Hyuk walking side by side were recently shared on online communities and social media.

Min Hee Jin was spotted in her signature green striped shirt and blue baseball cap, the same outfit she wore during her press conference in April, where she addressed allegations regarding HYBE’s management takeover.

Next to her, Bang Si Hyuk is dressed in beige pants and a black T-shirt, carrying a black bag—the same attire he was seen wearing in August in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles when he was spotted with BJ  Gwajeup-Seyeon.

The two displayed affectionate behavior, such as taking photos together and walking side by side. They even playfully mimicked dodging paparazzi by covering their faces and running away, adding authenticity to the scene.

Given the ongoing disputes between HYBE and ADOR over the past few months, netizens were stunned by this unexpected display.

It turns out that the two people were actually Chinese individuals dressed as Min Hee Jin and Bang Si Hyuk for Halloween.

Netizens who saw the photos reacted with comments like, “I was really surprised,” “I thought they had dramatically reconciled,” “They did such a good job it’s amazing,” and “The timing is perfect.”

However, some criticized the costume, saying, “It’s not funny. The people involved are still in the middle of a dispute, so is it right to make fun of it with such cosplay?”
