The conversation started when a fan commented, “You seem to have the most perfect and natural-looking breast augmentation I’ve ever seen,” and asked Kylie to share more about her procedure to help other women considering the surgery.

In reply, Kylie was surprisingly transparent, revealing she had “445cc, moderate profile, under the muscle, silicone” implants. She even named the plastic surgeon who performed the surgery and added, “I hope this helps,” demonstrating her willingness to offer support and openness.

Plastic Surgery Confession and Personal Reflections

Kylie had previously admitted to having breast augmentation at age 19 during her family’s reality TV show in 2023. While openly discussing the surgery, she also shared a personal view, saying she would feel saddened if her daughter chose to undergo cosmetic surgery at such a young age.

Kylie’s openness has sparked wider conversations about plastic surgery, beauty standards, and societal perceptions. Celebrities sharing their cosmetic experiences provide many women with practical information as they consider similar procedures.

On a personal note, Kylie has two children with Travis Scott, her partner since 2017. The couple divorced in 2023 after two years and five months of marriage. She is currently publicly dating Timothée Chalamet.
